Energy Clearing Techniques
It is important to cleanse your personal space, items/tools, and aura on a consistent basis. This can vary upon the needs and sensitivities of an individual. Generally speaking, if you consider yourself to be a highly sensitive person, empath, or intuitive then, I would recommend daily or weekly cleansings for yourself. Home Clearings are usually done on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Personal tools should be cleansed as often as needed for maintenance. Items generally should be cleansed before use or if you feel the energetic charge is diminished. Use your own discernment. Allow yourself to find a flow that resonates and works for you. If you feel heavy, drained, and stagnant then this is the sign to CLEANSE & PURIFY !

You can take this practice another step further by utilizing specific frequencies to raise your vibration or align your chakras.
