POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment Policy: Clients must be 18 years or older to schedule, pay, and participate in a reading/session/event. Full payment is required at the time of booking. 💳 This secures your appointment and allows us to prepare for your session.
Intoxicants & Misconduct Policy: There is a zero-tolerance policy for threatening, intimidating, or inappropriate behavior. Natasha Randolph and Psychic Medium Natasha LLC reserve the right to remove any attendee engaging in such behavior, including contacting local law enforcement if necessary. Intoxication or drug use before or during sessions is prohibited. Any violation of this policy results in immediate termination of the session, and no refund will be issued. 🚫💥
Tardiness Policy: Please be punctual. Sessions begin at the scheduled time, and late arrivals will result in a shorter session with no extension. We are not responsible for missed time if you are late. ⏰
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive within 15 minutes of their scheduled time will be marked as a No Show. No refunds will be issued.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule your appointment with Psychic Medium Natasha LLC, open your confirmation email and click the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link. Choose a new date and time from the available options, then confirm your changes. You’ll receive an updated confirmation email once your appointment is rescheduled. You may also contact Natasha via email (Natasha@psychicmediumnatasha.com) up to 2 hours before your scheduled session to reschedule.🚶♀️
Missed Appointment by Psychic Medium Natasha LLC: If an appointment is missed due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered an alternative time or a full refund. 💼 We value your time and will always make it right.
Non-participating Guests & Pets: Babies, children, and pets are NOT allowed in any session. 🐾🚫
Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for completed sessions, readings, or appointments. Classes, workshops, and events are also non-refundable. Full refunds are available if Psychic Medium Natasha LLC cancels the appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds are also available if you cancel your appointment before the session has been conducted or before meeting Natasha. 💸
Privacy Policy: Your personal information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery and email communications. We never sell or share your data with third parties, except for trusted service providers (e.g., Stripe, Acuity Scheduling) needed to process transactions securely.🔐
Force Majeure (Unforeseen Circumstances): In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, natural disasters, or other events beyond control), Psychic Medium Natasha LLC will do our best to reschedule the session or issue a full refund, depending on the client's preference. 🌪️
Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through mediation before pursuing legal action. 🏛️

Accessibility & Accommodations: If you require accommodations due to a disability, please inform us in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist. ♿
Client Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to behave respectfully during readings and sessions. Disruptive behavior, including loud interruptions or distractions, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session. 📜
Health Conditions: Clients with serious health conditions (e.g., pregnancy or major illnesses) should consult a licensed medical professional before undergoing Reiki or other energy healing services. 🩺 Your health and safety are paramount.
